Greenwood at Tustin Legacy

Greenwood consists of 375 market rate single-family homes, the first set of single-family homes being built at Tustin Legacy in two years. The Greenwood development will be built on 78 acres near Jamboree Road and The District.

Model homes opened in late spring 2015, with the first residents moving in in late-summer 2015. Each neighborhood consists five to eight different architectural styles of homes, with features including outdoor living rooms, flowing floor plans and large kitchens and natural light.

Greenwood has four exceptional enclaves: Crawford, Huntley, Sheldon, and Stafford.

Sheldon is a collection 103 single family homes with four home designs ranging in size from 1,860 to 2,343 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three baths. Sheldon, built by Standard Pacific, offers generous Great Rooms which connect to kitchen, dining and outdoor living spaces. Flexible home designs with optional bedroom, bonus room or office in select plans. Architecture includes Santa Barbara, Craftsman Bungalow, Cottage and Monterey exterior styles.

Lastly, Stafford is he 96 estate-style luxury homes, built by Standard Pacific, feature three home designs ranging in size from 3,711 to 3,964 square feet with up to five bedrooms plus bonus room and four-and-a-half to five-and-a-half baths. Stafford, offers chef-par kitchens connecting to expansive Great Rooms and outdoor Legacy Rooms with optional panoramic-style doors, spa inspired master baths with large shower and separate soaking tub.
